Few minutes walk from the train station. And there are many buses from the train station to the attractions. Staff are excellent and always doing their best to serve. Room rate is reasonable and the public bath is a bonus. Mini mart, small restaurant and the laundromat are all in the same building.

Great location: 5 mins walk to wakayama station where buses were available to travel around the city. Room: Super spacious. cannot get this in Tokyo, Osaka or any of the other cities.

Very convenient location, a five-minutes walk from Wakayama Station. Very friendly staff. I also liked the bento sale in the first floor, and around 4 pm you can get discounted ones.

wide space, 10 floor view is nice. super close to the station... quiet place and reasonable price

Breakfast was OK. One of the toaster is malfunction not sure why is there . We used another one and is fine. Room size is actually bigger than I thought . I could actually open my 28 inch luggage without a problem at the end of my bed . Which most hotels in Japan budget hotel could not do. The sleeping area and guest floor corridors seems to be refurbished, so a bit better than the rest of the hotel areas.

Near the JR station, convenient with 24 hr-shop and large public bathes with sauna, cheep and all are acceptable.
